Default Made some progress on the new blind.

It will be bigger, better and incorporate a few ideas I learned from using this one for six years . One thing it will have is a bunk I can take a nap in.
The guy who bought it will set it on a hay wagon so he can move it to different places with the tractor. Good idea.
I have the exterior of the new blind done now and am working on the inside.
I will haul it up to my property in a couple of weeks.
51 days till the opener here.
Looks like this site doesn't want to let me upload a photo now.
wth?

Hunted from my BIL's stand on his land this year. I saw a big buck walking in but BIL got him about 100 yards from this stand. Nice 8-point.

Why don't you guys choose hunting cameras? I think the concealment is higher. (This depends on my personal opinion)

Hi All. Looking at building another box blind soon and looking for pics of yours for more ideas. I'm looking at doing a 6x8 up in the air maybe 10-12ft. Please share pics of yours. Thanks

Default Why are they called hunting blinds?

Because the animal hunted, like a goose, or a duck, has been “blinded” from seeing the hunter.
