Default is this bad?

i just recently went to check my trail cam that i put out over a mineral site. i got 47 pictures in one day. it was what looks to be a young but tall spike that is still in velvet. the bad thing is he came at 9:00 pm and stayed until like 12:30 - 1:00 am. does this mean it is a nocturnal buck cause deer season opens up this month.

Don't worry about it. All deer travel during low light periods and night time. 75% of my trail cam pics from May-September are during these times.

Same here most of my best Bucks come at just before dark or after dark the does aren't so particular. Just stay away from you camera and put of some food they will come. If it's legal to put some corn out do it they will find it and your pictures will increase if you have deer in the area. I have 10 Bucks on camera over the past 2 months with my mineral site but they are shedding the velvet now or will be soon and the mineral hunger seems to be less than before.

They always hit my minerals at night, have no idea why.I still saw deer during hunting season,so I wouldn't worry.
