Default Aging Deer

I have several whole deer skulls and would like to determine the age of the deer. I know all the details for aging using the lower jaw, but does the same apply for the upper teeth? Specifically, do the premolars on the upper teeth get replaced at approximaely 1 yr and 7 months?

Thanks.

No. The aging is done using wear and replacement of the teeth in the lower jaw only.
