One of the big monthly hunting magazines (Petersen's Hunting ?) did their project truck in all camo recently and gave a list of all the companies they used.
Sorry, but that's all the info I remember since I stopped getting those magazines years ago and just caught a glimpse of this one somewhere.

a friend of mine and his son both have their trucks camoed, cost about 800$. I think they told me it was from DeeZee products but can double check on that. I do know it took them two full days to do each truck.

Cabelas might have what you are looking for. I could have sworn I saw a Chevy in there with at least partial camo on it.....
