Default Returning to hunting spot

In your opinion, how many consecutive days would you hunt out of the same stand? One, two or 3-days in a row from the same stand? Your thoughts?

I hardly ever hunt out of the same site two days in a row, but I use a climber for 90% of my hunting. I have hunted a ground blind two afternoons in a row, but that was when I was just looking to see if deer where coming through before my son hunts it.

I firmly believe if you can get in the stand without being discovered and get out of the stand without being discovered. It doesnt matter. Last year I killed three decent bucks from the same stand over a two day period. Blood all over the place and the deer still walked in. With that said, if you in the stand for three days in a row without seeing any shooters its probably time to move anyway. Good luck.

Depends upon the spot and how hot it is...Some places are simply deer magnets and the buck you see today could have been 3 miles away yesterday...

We have some stands that I'll hunt every day and still see deer, just doesn't seem to matter...I've killed deer one day and had them come back in the next...One buck I remember, I killed after my brother had hunted the same stand the previous 2 days and had killed a doe out of it the previous day...

I hunt about 30-yards off the stream and I've seen several deer in the area. I don't want to move unless I have to. I will be hunting all day Friday and Saturday, so wish me luck. Hopefully, I'll be able to post some pics on the website this weekend. I'm still trying to get my first deer of the year.
