Goat milk would probably be the best thing you could use. There should be a state certified center in your area that you could contact. Contact your local game warden and see if he can help, it may be illegal for you to have the deer without a permit.

Visitor I would say you must have one that never saw momma eat anything since its still on milk. Try shelled corn, I dont know of ANYTHING that has 4 legs and is a grazer that wont eat it. Then after a week or two of that mix in some of the oats and other feeds and it will eventually learn what to eat.

Dont call the gamewarden, you are likely in violation of having a native game animal in captivity!!!
