Just wondering what you guys think about this, do you guys shoot them, if you did would you eat it and/or mount it?? and for what its woth its a doe, ive killed about every kinda game around here so it would be prety cool to say ive killed one but not sure if i am or not

The meat should be just fine, the color is just the lack of pigment.
And have it mounted.
Good Luck.

Its not unlucky, thats hogwash. True albinos are very rare, most never see one. What most people see are piebalds - which have white on them in varying degrees - from just a little, to being mostly white. I've seen quite a few piebalds over the years where I hunt, even killed a doe that was mostly white with my bow about 10 years ago. Never seen a true albino. Some states do have laws against true albino's, that is correct. Good luck!
Oh, and I did have the skin tanned on my doe, looks really cool!
