Default Solo or buddy hunting

Who likes to simple hunt alone? Toke a good buddy deer hunting today. But man. He was just loud. Talked. And pretty much just did whatever.

Think when deer hunting I'd rather be solo

Now duck hunting. Nothing like a blind full of buddy's layin em down!!

I do both and never really had a problem either way.

I bowhunt 98% solo.
Gun season is a great time to get together with family & friends!

I'll hunt both ways. If I hunt with a buddy they aren't with me, usually in another stand on the same property.

Default Hunted solo out of necessity

By the time I got to 17, most of the old gang was off to the service or moved for the jobs.
Then I moved often and lost contact or someone I hunted or fished with moved.
The hometown is unrecognized and where I stayed for some years is now unrecognized.
The only thing that kind of stayed the same are the solo hunts and fishing trips. Glad to have gotten in some solo hunting when I was young. It prepared me.

I hunt both. I started my good buddy on bow hunting 2 years ago and man has he picked it up quick. We both shoot hoyts. He has already killed a buck and a doe out of his stand this year. We can trust each other and in some cases it makes it more fun.

I really enjoy taking a buddy out. I got.my best friend into bow hunting last year. Well go out and hunt different stands I get almost as excited when he sees deer or I do. But I.won't hesitate to go solo

Got a friend that hunts the same property and we often meet up before and after hunts, but when its time to hunt we go different ways. We may be hunting at the same time but not near each other. He knows where my stands are and I know where his are but we don't actually hunt together.

Hunted solo for years. I would spend 2 or 3 months in the bush, Alone. Hate cities. Now that I am getting up there in years, a buddy along is a good thing, but in my prime, I prefered grizzlies and wolves company over that of people.
