I have seen a few piebald deer and one nearly all white piebald (not albino) doe. She had one spot of "cream" color about the size of a silver dollar on her left hip. The guys that hunted with me back then and I decided to not shoot her. We had no idea that she would stay on that small area (about 600 acres) for over 7 seasons. After the 7th year, we saw her no more. We thnink that she had 9 fawns during those seven years. We saw her with 1 piebald doe and 1 almost 100% white buck fawns ... and 7 "normal" colored fawns during that 7 year period. Interesting to me is that as a yearling she was snow-white. As she aged, the snow-white became more toward the "egg-shell" cream white. Try as we might none of us was able get a good quality photo of her. No one ever saw the white buck after his second season - as a 4 pt.
