How often should i check a deer camera? Everyday, once a week, every other day, or once a month?

Often enough to keep fresh batteries in it, and to ensure that it hasn't been stolen by some knuckle dragging, mouth breathing troglodyte.

I like to try to check mine every 2 weeks. Sometimes I only make it a week. The less your in there the better.

Every 3 weeks or so. Not too often

I hunt public land exclusively, so I don't leave cameras out.
As to the question of bait. I am opposed to it.
I don't want to influence the animals to abort\alter their natural patterns.
Because, then I haven't learned anything about them, or how to more effectively hunt them.
