My dad and I have hunted in our back yard for the past 7 years. It's a small 3 acre wooded area in Fennville, Michigan. We're about a 5 min walk from Lake Michigan...to kind of help where exactly we are in Michigan :P

And congradulations! Haha that had to be awesome for him. Even at that age he's still got that sharp eye :)

Great hunt! Tell dad congrats!
Where do you hunt?
My 79 year old dad wasn't going to hunt this year. He doesn't get around real good anymore. I talked him into it. He ended up shooting a small buck in the heart at 75 yards with 30-30 open sights. Fun times.

That's awesome!! Great looking deer. You'll remember that moment forever. I like how he didn't care about following he blood, he just wanted to get to his deer. Great video man...loved it.

Must've said Dad about 100 times :p nice buck and from personal experience cherish those moments you can with you Dad. I'm 18 finally old enough to get a gun and go hunting but I can't with my dad :( Something I always wanted to do, but it's nice to see youre not taking him for granted and youre having fun keep it up.
