Are you using a grounding rod? You will need a good ground for it to work properly.

I drove a 8 ft rebar stake into the ground 5 ft to use as a ground.

Anyways, electric rebar seems to be the best way to keep cows out, its working so far.

Looks like you need to fence off a bigger area or move your feeder away from the cows. I don't fore see too many deer going in there to feed.

It actually is a pretty big fenced off area. I straped the feeder to the boards so that i can control which way the feed throws, so instead of the feed throwing everywhere, it only throws to the front. And because of that i dont need to use as much fencing.

Wild, but the owner of them would bring his kids/family out and hand feed them, so they are associating me and my truck with food.

if i was you i would first ask them to lock them up and if that doesnt work take a trailer and ship them away. that is if their on your privite land

I wish i could, but we own a very, very, small percentage of the land. The other owner just lets us hunt anywhere.
