Shotgun Slugs?

Shotgun Slugs?
I've been using a Remington 700 for most of the season, but also have a 20 gauge Benelli Nova. My question is, will my shotgun shoot slugs? Without having to buy a rifled barrel or whatever. I have modified, improved cylinder and full chokes. Will it shoot slugs through full choke or with no choke at all or will it not shoot slugs entirely? Thanks for your help!

It will shoot rifled slugs. Through your I.C. choke would be best. Although, your accuracy will not even come close to touching your 700. You probably know that already, but just in case.

Yes I know. I will just be using the Benelli for short range (30 yards or less). Thanks for the help!

Rifled slugs will shoot fine throu any of the 3 common chokes .... full, modified or improved cylinder. The Nova with quality factory loaded rifled slugs should be fine to 75 yards. You might have to try 2-3 different loads to find the best grouping load.
