I get excited to check my cameras every time I go out, I don't really care whats on them...it's always exciting to me.

Having trail cams has made it more exciting for me without a doubt. I have several deer that I would otherwise never know were in a certian area. The fact that I know they are they gives me that little something extra to get up for the 10th morning in a row, or head to the woods 2 hours earlier when its 10 degrees out.

When I go to my camera and see there is 160 pictures on it, I bring the sd card back to my laptop at home - it's like unwrapping a gift of Christmas morning when I open that first picture.

there should be a 5 deer / 2 buck and 3 doe permit before using a trail cam.

go out and rough it, and actually WORK for some deer......

ONLY THEN you should be able to use them.

Takes away from the whole "learning to hunt" thing

While were at it why don't we sell the tractors and buy some mules, lets learn how to really work the farm before we get that tractor.
