Two of my ladder stands have shooting rails on them and I use them when possible especially if the shot is going to be from 50 to 100 yards out....most of the time I'm so full of Adrenaline I more than likely shoot free-handed and a few times I have rested my gun on the side of a tree trunk or on a lower limb when the opportunity arises!I have had the chance to shoot while sitting down and rested the barrelon my knee that was proped up!
