I was on www.bloodtrials.net in the Hear It From The Pro they did an interview with Dan of Dan the Mans Hunting Products. He has some stuff called liquid corn and is giving some away. Has anyone heard of or used this.

My Uncle used to make it but I doubt if it was the stuff you are talking about.

I saw a product called cornfused which is supposed to be a non food attractant that they claim is legal in every state which prohibits baiting. I'm not sure if this is what your speaking of,but it's the only liquid corn I've ever hear of.
