I filmed this video with my cheap little Nikon Cool Pix camera while controlling the canoe while my buddy handled the gun. He had both a buck tag and an antlerless tag so we were just out for last minute meat for the freezer. It was the last day of muzzleloader season in our area and was shortly after rifle season so we figured we could run into a deer somewhere along the river still seeking sanctuary from the hectic gun season and from the cold and snow.
