Black shoot-through screens.
After weighing advice from this forum, I decided to buy a couple of ground blinds. One is a one man chair blind and the other is a big pop up blind. I'll nestle the one man along a tree line beside a corn field and the bigger one will be for the evening in a big corn field's tree line behind our house to expose a grandkid or two to hunting if he or she wants.
My question is: Do the black shoot-through screens spook the deer? I'm fortunate that I have two farms that I can hunt and will place the blinds into position in September in preparation for Ohio's gun season. Hell, I may buy another chair blind or two. I plan on having the screens closed but would I be better off leaving the black screens exposed so the deer can get used to them? I also bought some camo see-through screen just in case. As always your suggestions are appreciated.
