I have Win mod 12, Browning A5 w/ Hastings Paradox barrel, Win 1300, Rem 870, Moss 500 and Moss 835 combo......The one I use the most is the Moss 835 combo....

First off jon, welcome to the hunting community.
For deer, it is up to you. You could use a shotgun suitable for all 3, but I wouldn't recommend it. I would recommend a .270 or .243 (for a new hunter). For goose, duck etc I can't really say. The only wing shooting experience I have is crow huniting, which I suppose is similar The only thing I have to say is get something that will take down a goose and has a longer (28" preferably) barrel. I have found that the longer barrel increases accuracy.
