Default Shot Angle

I know that broadside and quartering away are the best angles to shoot but have you or will you take a shot at any other angle? And if so where is the shot placement for each?

I hate a head on shot but have taken them before. I have seen where if you hit too low the brisket can deflect the bullet. I do not like that angle but if you must try to hit high enough to miss the brisket and hit the lungs at worst but hopefully the spine. Not a perfect shot to take but doable. With that said I hope to never take that shot again.
