need some advice!
Ok so i've been wanting to plant a food plot but the field is right next to a highway, not a VERY busy highway but maybe 20 cars go past my house at night in a 3 hour period, anyhow its right next to our yard and i was wondering is this to close to the highway for a food plot? Any advice would be appreciated!

If that's all the land you have, plant the plot, then build a blind / tree stand with its back to the highway, so you're forced to shoot away from it. Also check your local laws -- many places have laws prohibiting taking shots within a certain distance from the road.

Is the area urban, rural, or in between? Urban deer here in my state actually stop at the road before crossing. I just saw two deer in a town here stop at the side of the road and waited for me and the other traffic to stop before crossing. Rural areas are alot different, deer just dash across and pay no mind.
