help with redoing butchers work

ok thanks i think ill give the double wrapping a try. the other butcher i use, uses the trays with shrink wrap and i know that doesn't have any problems.

ziplock makes freezer bags, that come with a pump to suck the air out...really cheap too.

i use these. as it works well and deer doesn't last long at my house.
