My Vermont 8pt I took on 11/27/2015 towards the end of our rifle season. 75 yard shot with my Weatherby Vanguard S2 in a 300 Win Mag. He went about 40 yards and dressed 160lbs.

Grant County WI 8 pointer. Scored him on Friday after Thanksgiving during a drive. Side hill shot at 130 yds did the trick. He was on a slow trot and stopped in an opening and the 6.5 Creedmoor closed the deal. Biggest buck with a rifle for me to date!

This has been the year of the 9 pointer for me. I took 2 decent ones with the slug gun in Illinois. Also connected on a doe with the wheel gun. I'm bucked tagged out, which is a good thing.
First buck grossed 139, shot was 75 yards in a cornfield, the second buck grossed 146-7/8, shot was 110 yards in the thick stuff. The doe was 65 yds.
