Default clean rubs and dirty scrapes??

I have a camera over a couple scrapes and I am getting about 4 bucks to every doe on pics. Anyway a lot of deer are visiting but none are cleaning it out. They may pee or lick the branch but no "scraping". Really no sign they were even there other than pics. Anyone else ever have this happen?? There is also a cedar being rubbed about 4 inches in diameter with pellets all around it, I need to get a camera on it to see what is going on as it gets hit a couple times a week. Is this a community rub or used for breeding? Share your thoughts.

Yes ,last year I was hunting some public land and saw some scrapes like that.I could never get a crack at that buck because I found out that he was nocturnal and he is still running down there some where.
