I think the one that stood up is a little nubbin buck. There appears to be some darker hair at the base of the ears.

But, yeah in the second pics the deer has a kind of "oh ****" look to it.

ya lol he must be a trouble maker we've been seein a button buck wondering around by himself pretty close to where this was takin. Kinda fits his personality.
