I think what you' re seeing is that in the first picture that you were talking about the light was dim in the early morning and the camera' s flash was used. Just seemed to brighten and highlight the deer in a special way. Wish I could take some credit for the photography, but as you know, with a Camtrakker or other such device, there' s a lot of luck involved!
