Age was 5-6 years.
My other BIL used to be a technician for the Wisconsin DNR (retired) and would register deer during gun season in the upper north western part of the state. He registered one that made the record book one year and when aging it found it was only ONE YEAR OLD!! Imagine what that one would have been at five years. That area was where the former world record Jordan buck was taken many years ago.
