I don't use "sticks" but have use a hiking/walking staff that works.

I have to use a bi-pod and couldn't hunt with out it. I had rotator surg on both shoulders and can no longer hold the gun to take aime. It has made me a better shot cuz I can hold on the deer longer for the right shot.
