hard to tell how old without a body shot broadside but its a nice looking buck for sure. if it would make you happy to shoot him, shoot him! good luck

Looks young to me but hard to tell. As for taking him it would depend on where he is. Do you have any daytime pics? Your call in the end but if it were here on my farm it would get 1 more year.
