You can eat grass, munch pine cones, brush your teeth with alphalfa and all the other gimmics out there but the only thing it will do for ya is turn your s**t green. Play the wind and you will win every time!!!

I have read that eating an apple or sucking on a slice is a good way to keep breath odor down. I would think dried apples would work well if they were fresh and one of the stronger varieties like a wine sap or granny smith. Anybody else ever here of this for breath odor control?

Did you see more deer, or not?
And what were the results of your hunt?
Or is it just a passing fad?
Thank You

I am NOT going to use it, I just wanted to know if it works, or if it is just a snake oil trick.

x 2. In my opinion there are some people that go completely overboard in scent control. My gosh, I realize its important but to break it down to which towel you use to dry off with or which dryer sheets to use. Come on fellas. Marketing has gotten the best of some people and its comical to see what they post sometimes. I'm not trying to knock anyone as everyone's situation is different but here in Nebraska we have no problem in our deer camp getting close to deer without all the scent lok, etc, etc, etc, etc. If I had to worry about my breath in the morning after late nights at camp eating junk food and drinking booze.....hmmmmm

I do that pretty often. I think coffee is a strong unnatural smell in the woods and I'm gonna have it on my breath because I drink it on the way to the woods. I play the wind but it does swirl so I hedge my bet with apples. Good to eat and good for you so it's a win-win.
I personally think I see more deer when I eat on an apple FWIW.
