NICE! i've never seen one except in pics. lucky you! i suppose they taste the same as reg. deer.....that one looks sooo tasty.

my wife would be so pissed off if I shot that, cause it would for sure be a full body mount...LOL great pic, thanks.

looks like it would be 1/2 white meat and the rest dark meat
