Quick for or against (Results tallied up in OP)
OK, If my counting is correct, heres what I tallied up. I counted answers that included an explanation, as long as there was a definitive F or A included, I did not include looooooooong essays as to what you think about each topic, especially if you did not include an F or A. I did not include agreements of other quotes, and I did not include answers of F&A in the same topic.

1) F
2) I'm torn here. On one hand I would like to see bigger deer where I hunt on the other hand, who am I to tell someone else what they can kill and eat.
3) F
4) not enforceable. I wouldn't do it myself.

A 1) Crossbow use in your states archery season.
A 2) state imposed antler restrictions.
A 3) 223rem for deer hunting(within reasonable range).
F 4) headshots on deer (past 100yds).
F 5) legally killing animals you dont intend to eat.(meaning unedible game- yotes, coons, diver ducks, etc....)
Some of these are fuzzy...
Antler restrictions in general are ok, but when you have a 10yo deer with 3pts that you can't harvest because it would be illegal, you should have the right to take that buck, I'd support some guidelines to help improve trophy bucks instates,
ie...avoid taking button bucks.
try to only harvest 2.5+ or 3.5+yo bucks...
spread past the tips of the ears...
also young management bucks should be able to be harvested, ie 3.5yo etc...who are never going to be big bucks, 3x3, should be able to be harvested...
of course property management goals etc...could override many of these...if need be.

IL is a slug gun state, no rifle for deer hunting, ML okay, I'd much rather be shooting a .45-70 than a slug...I think slugs really have more to do with trajectory, ie they dont want guys shooting rounds that can go 7miles, vs. slugs which can go maybe a mile? ie they want slugs hitting dirt sooner...
