If you recall, this deer was shot on our farm opening weekend, my cousin-in-law took it in to have it officially scored at the Buck Show in Madison this weekend. I rough scored it at 188 7/8.

it was officially scored at 203 3/4.
buck of a lifetime.

Looks like there is some fallow deer genetics in there, but I don't know if they cross or not. First looks I would have guessed more in total points than that, but a nice deer regardless.

I wasn't there when he had it scored, he sent my wife a text. It was scored by a certified B&C scorer so I would assume that was with deductions, my rough score was with deductions as well. The deer was 28 points but only 22 were scorable, also one of the palmated main beams (crabclaw) was broken off which would have given it at least another 6 inches of mass. And yes he had a beautiful shoulder mount done, I was not the lucky shooter although I told him where to sit opening morning (IN MY TREESTAND) that I had been bow hunting out for the past month with no success.
