I have worked for elk-deer outfitters for three years now here in utah
and am taking over the business this year, I guide on private land in wich case u dont have to do anything, but you may wanna check with your state laws cause it could be diffrent. Now... on public land I do belive that u have do have to have a license.
I would check ur state laws and regulations though
And I can also give you information on guiding and guides.
