Default Nice Little Buck Rub

Stumbled upon this while hiking a few weeks ago in an area I am going to hunt next season. Not the biggest or most active I've ever found or even seen this season but I did have my camera with me!

Not that I saw. I was towing the kids around with me that day. I've never been any good at picking out scrapes, though...

While not entirely unusual that buck chose to rub a dead pine, the removal of the bark along the circumference of the tree, but not knocking off the twig branches in the process, is.

Yeah, sorry but not impressed. Slow news day? I don't think it is a rub either.

Don't think he was asking for your opinion. Just showing you what he found.

hey Horacio, thanks for sharing, I'm gonna look for a few pics I took this hunting season of a rub that I found, let's see who else has some pics (sorry if that sounds like I'm hijacking your post)
