plant some food plots and in the off season put some corn with apple buck jam on top to keep the deer coming in

What area of the country are you in?

I would get good topo and aerial map (GOOGLE MAPS).

If it is heavy timbered I would check and see if SOME of the timber can be harvested. Make a lil cash.

Maybe rent a tracked bobcat to clear out some smaller trees to put some food plots in.

Look into hinge cutting trees for extra browse.

You might want to also think of making funnels with your trash trees to get the deer in the area you want.

Think about planting some cover and Thermal cover. Plant natural browse for the deer, natural browse only costs a fraction of the food plots and they are less work.
