I personally found a place that sells used office chairs by the hundreds. A lot of the ones they have for cheaper are basically office chairs but instead of cloth they have a rubber type surface. Kind of like the ones you would find in a laboratory. I like those because they are really comfortable, but mainly because they can't get soaked with water if you leave a window open or spring a leak in the off season. Plus, if you get any little critters in your blind they won't tear it up for bedding. I decided to try these this year and next year Im heading to deer camp with many more for all the other blinds. One thing though, make sure if you get a office chair it is adjustable in height. Im 6'7" but there are guys that use the same stand sometimes that are 5'7". Its nice to have them easily adjustable.

Halfbaked, if Im going to be sitting all day, It helps if Im comfortable! :) I hunt out of climbers when I can find a spot in Illinois but in Michigan we have box blinds. Ive been known to take a 10 minute snooze in my box blind in the mid afternoon, Im not going to lie!!

A massage mode in my chair....hmmm....now thats something I haven't thought out. Craigslist here I come!!! LOL

In one man box stands we use a boat swivel seat mounted on a pedestal like below:

In 2-man stands we usually use 2 cheap plastic lawn chairs from Walmart.

Old office or computer chairs that swivel completely around and have arm rests are perfect. You can pick find them all over and on e-bay.

Just oil/grease the heck out of them so they don't squeak. And the rollers on the legs are another plus.

Boat Seat

I prefer the boat seat. I carry a small cushion to sit on and the seat swivels. I can sit comfy for hours and the seat will last for years. Just grease the bearings every couple of years.
