Default New to Everything!

Hey Guys,

I am just starting out with hunting and am going to be going on a pig hunt in February. I need to get all of my clothing, boots etc. I found a company that has the ASAT camo that I am looking for I am just wondering if anyone has any experience from them. The company is www.truecountryoutdoors.com

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Anybody try the ASAT camo?

Clothing will depend on the situation. Will you be sitting in a concealed stand? In a bush? Chasing the pigs around, etc. The main thing is to dress for the elements, make sure you're adequately warm.

Has anyone bought anything from this company True Country Outdoors? I contacted them and they were extremely nice and had what I wanted. Just wondering if anyone else has bought anything from them.

Oh, the SPAM thing. People come here every now and then to pose as a normal person talking about a product or service, under the guise they are a third party, when in actuality, they are the owner trying to push their product. People like that need to go to the classifieds, instead of playing games here because advertising is against the rules and threads that do go against the rules, often get axed... but not all the time.

There are many places on the net to get ASAT supplies. eBay is one, but then you can go direct to the parent company at the below link:

http://astacamo.stores.yahoo.net/

I was going to offer a local place, but thought since it's mailorder, distance doesn't often mean that much. Firstlite has some unusual ASAT stuff too. http://www.firstlite.com/

Just do a search and you'll find many companies. If you are not sure about a company, instead of asking here, you'd be probably better off doing a search to see if the company received complaints. Use the biz name along with "complaints", "fraud", something along those lines to find issues a company has or had.

Good luck. ASAT is very nice camo. It's my favorite.

Yeah, keep us informed. I think you'll be very pleased with your purchase. Back in the day I got carried away with camo and had many different outfits. ASAT was my favorite due to the personal experience I've had with it in the wild hunting deer on the ground at close range!

Adios!

I agree with making sure you dress for the weather. I froze my but off recently, and I'm in Florida!
