If you know where they are bedding and since it's raining, it would be a good time to sneak around where they bed to try and pick one off that way. The rain softens the woods and makes noise as it lands on the leaves, etc, making your still hunting or stalking a higher percentage endeavor.

I would go an try to get a deer out of its bed,if you know where there bedding set up within 50 yards of it and just wait it out. If theres some scrapes on the trail leading to its bed just wait till it stops rainng, hell be out refreshn his scrapes and then
