Default NY First Snow Storm of 2009

Well the southern tier is getting hit with 5 to 7 inches of snow by Saturday morning. We have a snow advisory in affect until Saturday at 10 am.

What do you guys think will this be good for opening day in the woods or not??

Not sure we will get what they are calling for but if we do that won't be to good it will be messy, to many leaves left on the trees, it will be dangerous to be in the woods. Hopefully it stays way south. Good luck bud we need some big bone on the board with A and E!

Man I hope so.. I dont think we will get 5-7 inches, but 2 would be nice... As long as it doesnt rain afterwards... That would suck. Right now in CT it is snowing pretty hard but not collecting at all.. I will be headed up to central ny (herkimer county) for this weekend.. .Cant friggin wait!

We will not get 5-7". Maybe a couple, then gone within 24-36 hours. Tracking snow is NEVER a bad thing, especially for archery.
