Default Dr deer segment, doe's in heat?

Did anyone catch the dr deer segment on one of the hunting shows a couple of weeks ago? He said you can predict when the doe's were going to go into heat in your area if you knew when they dropped their fawns. I can't remember exactly how many days after they drop their fawns they should go into heat, anyone know?

Late October here . But depends on if it was early in there cycle or the late cycle . The does that didn't get bred early got bred in Dec or Jan . So its kinda hard to judge .

I have video on my trail cams of fawns that cant be more than a few days old, so if I knew how many days after they drop their fawns they come into heat, one could predict their cycle.

Didn't see it, but a doe will come in about 5 1/2 months after dropping...Watch your game cam and when her hocks go black she is in heat...
