the 7 mag is a badass gun that's probably why he didn't allow you to shoot it last year. don't worry about it. you'll get one soon enough. i now shoot my m77 7mmRemMag almost exclusively, but honestly the shotgun's probably the best way to start out. it gives you a little more liberty as far as pointing and shooting goes. just hang in there.

sorry guys, just been lurking, but gun season starts tommorrow, so i'm probally going to start putting stuff out. I wont hunt till monday, so i need to put stuff out. i kidna waited late, but i'll see what comes out. i may hunt thursday evening, just to see what shows.
