Man cardeer when I first read the headline to the post I got a little scared. Long story short,I shot an 8pointer this year in early nov with my bow, It had some pretty good ground shrinkage,I had even passed up 3 bucks this year bigger than him but being the ethical hunter I am I tagged him and started hunting with my video camera, the 8th of november I captured first a 14 point buck with 5 brow tines! 160 class then I got video of an 11 point 1/2 hour later I put my dad in the stand on the 15th and he got the 11 point with his bow.
You can't see the brow tines in the still shots but I have 15 min of video that shows it well. Here are the still shots of the 14 and the buck my dad harvested.
Hopefully that 5 brow buck will survive long enough to give me a second shot next year.
