2008 8pt Mount

RE: 2008 8pt Mount
CONGRATS on your buck. That being said, it is always obvious when a guy "saved" some money on a taxidermist. The open tear ducts (NOT found on a live deer) and the "smile" look froman inability to properly tuck the lips of the animal, not to mention that shaggy or fluffy ear look..... it's the classic sig of an inexperienced taxidermist. I promise, ya probably thought your were getting a "deal" by only paying $200 for a mount and to have such quick turn around time. The thing to remember about a deer mount, you're stuck lookin at for the rest of your LIFE.

Thanks for all the nice replies on my husbands mount. Now for the one person who replied back about it only costing $200, well you're WRONG. You should never assume anything. For your information, the taxi was not young and inexperienced and itdidn't cost only $200. Oh, and by the way, wealready knewit wasn't a perfect job that was done for the amount it cost but we're happy to have the mount hanging in ourhouse and our girls think it's cool, too!!!!!
