I know it does in Wi to extent. We have open carry allowed in wi, you just cant bring them into bars, school areas and government buildings. You can legally walk down the street carrying a gun and noone can say anything, well they can, and the cops can question you but you can not get slammed with a disorderly conduct charge. its good to be an american.....sometimes...
