I use Mickey's ...they are great..My friend MikeyMate uses those old green rubber pac boots you used to wear in grammer school. I know they dont work cause he is always walking to my blind evey 1/2 hour. He says he is bored but I think he is just using that as an excuse cause his feet are cold!

I’ve got to suggest electric socks!
I’ve got two nice pairs of Rock boots (don’t know exactly what model)
The warmest ones keep my feet warm sitting all day,in the coldest weather.
But are miserably hot when exerting any energy, like walking, climbing, or dragging a deer.
I Find I’m a lot more comfortable in the lighter pair and plugging the battery on the electric socks while I’m sitting in the stand.

I would have to go with Mickey's. I've used them in the Northern Michigan UP for 10 years and been in some pretty nippy temps a think they work great - keep in mind they are a heavy boot for limited walking.

I like Duke's suggestions regarding proper layering for sweat control on your feet. If you don't control that then it doesn't matter how many grams of thinsulate you have in there....:)

Personally, I am a Cabelas man...<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>. I usually head over to their bargain cave and check what is on sale...If you are looking for extreme cold weather boots then don't get anything under 1000 grams of Thinsulate.....waterproof ofcourse....preferably Goretex or something similar.

Bud, I can take care of you on this. I got sick of having cold feet and bought a pair of boots made by Baffin 5 years ago. The boots were fantastic. I could sit in below freezing temps all day long without moving and my feet stayed warm. Not only that, but when the rubber cracked this year I sent them back to Baffin and they replaced them. They make a great boot and they are a great company. The model is the Baffin Trapper boot. Their Web site is http://www.baffin.com
