Piebalds and albinos aren't protected here, button bucks are considered "antlerless deer", and my county has an antlerless limit of 8 due to overpopulation. Fawn deer are tasty and I'm a meat hunter, I'dshoot it in a New York minute.

No way. They are very rare and should die of only natural causes like Muzzy broadheads.:D

I would shoot a pie bald doe or more mature buck for sure. But ifI were absolutely sure it was a buttonI may have to pass and just enjoy the experience.

I would. My guess is that they taste just like the rest.

yes i would,we actually went hunting a piebald buck that we'd been seeing and ended up killing 4 piebald deer in one day. that was back in the early 80's. we killed a 4point and 3 does.

I would pass on a baldy just because of their rarity. If it was a decent buck I probaly wouldn't be able to hold back. I saw a pie-bald doe 2 years ago a couple times while groundhog hunting and never saw it during season, don't know if it is still around or someone else got it.
