Default Time for shed hunting yet?

I usually go shed hunting too early in february. Have the bucks in your area dropped yet?

I was talking to a friend who has a farm in Wisconsin and he told me that he was watching deer in the fields every night and as they have been going he is watching 6 to 7 buck and now he is watching 3 to 4 bucks and usually he sees one with one side that he has seen yesterday with two sides..so yes they are starting and I am going to wait till next weekend before I go to make sure that all have dropped due to my mistakes last year where I kicked all of the deer out and never found a shed so yes they are dropping...
I CAN"T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lowes, or Chase Pitkens, are the best bets.[:@]

All seriousness aside, I generally wait until the snow is gone, and the grasses, weeds, brush is knocked down.

I am sure the majority of them have shed by now. I usually find my sheds in March or April when the snow is gone. I always look hard when I'm turkey hunting.

Me and my brother have already found 3 here in Ohio. Only one was fresh though.

I haven't seen any deer that look like they have shed their antlers and I haven't found any either.
