I've had a good kill season, killed 6 so far, passed up on many early in the season. No big bucks though

did take the largest buck of my life, but very slow locally... so... best and worst... if that makes any sense...

have seen deer, but had no shot opportunitys until last week. had an 8 point at 50 yds, but hit a branch, found hair but no blood after 4 hour search. hope that things turn around next season.

5 shots, 5 deer, 5 coolers.

I've still got the rest of mussel loading season and then bow comes back in to end it all. I know of more deer to kill so Ive had a good year.

I had a great rifle season. 2 tags- 2 bucks. And one is going on the wall.
Bow season was rough to say the least:eek:

Just wanted to update....

A week later, I found this buck. It was chewed up pretty bad, but I was able to recover the rack. It was a 12 point, not bad for the area I hunt.
