Default aKansas 2008

Just got back from my Kansas hunt early Monday. I saw a bunch of nice bucks but the full moon had the bigger deer moving only at night. Because I drew a muzzle-loader tag and added the mule deer option I had a choice of either a whitetail or mule deer and this buck was too much to pass up. I shot him quartering away slightly at about 100 yards and he went right down. His gross score is 176 3/8 and he weighed over 300 on the hoof. I have a feeling my team hates me because I didnt take any pictures with my gun in the frame because it was 6 degrees with a 40 mph wind that brought the wind chill to -15/-20 or so. Sorry guys!
